Max Fuschetto’s "Come Rain Come" – Official Video Premiere on NovAntiqua YouTube Channel
NovAntiqua is proud to present the official live video of “Come Rain Come”, a deeply moving piece by composer Max Fuschetto, now available on our YouTube channel.
The live performance recorded at the Auditorium Novecento in Naples, reminds us to "Sniper Alley", the album version of the soundtrack to the acclaimed documentary Sniper Alley – To My Brother. Like rain that arrives quietly, this music unfolds slowly, with a fragile intensity that carries the weight of memory, silence, and resilience.
This performance is not just a concert piece – it is a sonic memorial, a tribute to the children who endured the horrors of the siege of Sarajevo and a reminder of the transformative power of art in the face of destruction.
The release of this video also anticipates the upcoming concert “The Rose in a Circle”, to be held on October 10 at Domus Ars in Naples.
Within the program, several pieces from *Sniper Alley* will be performed live, including "Come Rain Come" and the album’s opening track, "No Man is an Island".
Sniper Alley is Max Fuschetto’s album version of the soundtrack for the documentary "Sniper Alley – To My Brother". The film tells the true story of Džemil Hodžić and the siege of Sarajevo (1992–1996).
On May 3, 1995, Džemil’s brother Amel was killed by a sniper at the age of sixteen. From that tragedy, Džemil began a lifelong journey, transforming grief into an extraordinary archive of memory and resistance. His project grew into a treasure for the community, a testament to those who chose humanity over division, art over silence.
Max Fuschetto’s music captures the soul of this story: "fragile, intimate, yet unyielding". It is dedicated to Amel – who dreamed of becoming an artist – and to all children who, despite war, continue to dream.
